I’ve been hearing some requests around these forums asking for screens of this map since it will possibly be included in 1.1, So here’s a few… Don’t get your hopes up for inclusion. Btw, you don’t need to point out that the name sax, I know that already but don’t care ;o

    Now that looks like an interesting map. Seems to have a good layout and structer. All I can hope for is that it plays well.

    dunno, ns_hallway might be fun to play. I always thought that ns_nothing == ns_hallway. I think the only thing which isn't technically a hallway is the viaduct hive.

    If you really sit back and examine maps though, the either fall into two categories, rooms connected by rooms and doorways
    or rooms connected by hallways (which is a special case of hallways connected to hallways).
    And when really considered, they're the same.

    A room just tends to be a large open area of a hallway.
    A hallway tends to be a long linear room

    And those screenies are really amazing. GIVES TO ME

    Sadly, my entire map at the moment is made out of nothing but white concrete. But the again so far, I just finished the first alpha and we're testing gameplay before I add in the pretties

    Mmm... seks in a mineshaft...

    Really amazing stuff, Ekaj. A tad more colored accents in the lighting would be welcome, since most of the lighting, except for the first pic, looks like the same coloring. Nothing wrong persay, since the lighting is one of the best parts, but it could do with some more variation. But overall, looking superb. I hope this version of the map works out.

    Mmm, very interesting color scheme you have going on with the lights. I like the brownish-amber atmosphere...     It's probably just me being stupid, but it doesn't "feel too dark" to me. Looks warm, inviting, and almost cozy in a dirty, mineshaft-sort-of-way. I really like those chairs and the table! Also, I have a strong urge to make something similar to those light fixtures you made where the pipe connects to the support-wall things in screen 4.

    I like almost everything in those screens, cant wait to play and see the whole map!
    Lightning is sweet and gives nice contrast.     Just to confirm, ns_mineshaft will definitely be included in 1.1 (unless it somehow is destroyed or becomes unplayable somehow). Nice job Ekaj, you really knocked us out with this map. Not only is it beautiful, it's extremely efficient.

    Yeah, the deadline for submission was quite a while ago, February the 14th I think.

    This appears to be one crazay map. In my eyes, it's selling point is the nice contrast between dark and light... really, REALLY eye catching!
