    How does this sig look compared to my current one? This is my second ever photoshop sig.

    Edit: I know the size is a little bit too big, but I'll fix it later.

    the colours in your new one work against each other too much. THough the old one isnt very original, it works overall better.
    cool concept on the new one though.

    Here's an attempt at a "simple" signature for you sunrise. I'm just a beginner but if you kind of like it I could change it to make it look like you want.

    I was trying to get the background be a blue-ish color and where the lighting bolt/thingy hits was supposed to be a reddish color but it mixed and kinda...looks weird.

    Did you try making a layer and make it go from black to transparent and arrange it so that the black starts at 100 opaque and then fades out. That would in effect make it seem like the rubble was fading out, when it's really just being covered up.

    If you mean making a gradient, you can't have a partial transparent gradient, but I tried a black and white one, and it doesnt work.

    Oh sorry. I assumed that psp7 could do it. In photoshop you can make partial transparent gradiants. If you want to send me the original layered file I could try to do it quickly in photoshop.

    Edit: I just broke out the good 'ol psp7 and I managed to make a semi-transparent gradiant. <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Howd you do it? And yea I'll send the layer.. or just rather send the whole .psp picture I have saved... email?
  • SpeedKilledSpeedKilled Join Date: 2003-03-29 Member: 15012Members, Constellation
    I just set my email options so that my email shows up now. I made a transparent gradiant by customizing a gradiant already made and it was just a slider bar like the gradiant bar as far as color. I can probably get a screenshot of it really quick or something if you want.

    Yea, I realized I spelled transparent wrong in the filename but that's how much of a hurry I was in.
