    noooononono ... that wont work... 1 shot and your scope is gone...

    you have to add a railadapter ..you cant slap a scope on a moving part of the gun..thats not very healthy for the scope and you..

    heres a example what this adapter looks like.. this one is for the glock26

    lol that model reminds me of the time i first played NS, and saw the level 3 weapons upgrades and started to wonder where the hell my scope was lol!

    but i gotta admit i do like sheenas idea!

    OOoOOOOoOOOoOo.... Now all we need to do is attach a microwave to the pistol to make it even <i>more</i> useless.

    Anyway, nice model. The skin on the scope looks a little blurry, thats it.

    thats not just bolts.. its a enhancement for the frame of the gun.. the adaptor is"build around" the moving parts of the gun and alows to mount tactical stuff on its 2rails...one upper rail for scopes..red dot sights..and other useless macho stuff.. and a lower rail below the longer barell to mount some more handy stuff like laser sights/lam..sure fire systems... flashlights.
    basicly its not much to change on that gun...you just have to replace the barell with a longer version of it....and slap the adaptor frame parts on the weapon..and screw it tight..

    i dont understand why ppl strive 4 absolute realism in a game set in the future against an enemy that doesnt exist. Maybe they have invented some adhesent that can allow the scope to be put on a moving part of the gun, and the scope r designed better so they can withstand the punishment. be creative

    Absolute realism has nothing to do with it. Try this scenario:

    Marine 1: My shrink says I need an outlet for my agression.
    Commander: You have movement up ahead.
    Marine 2: I see him.
    *Marine 2 pulls out his pistol, watching a vent grate, focusing on the reading in his motion sensor*
    Skulk 1: *chuckle*
    *Marine 2 looks through his scope (weapons 3) and lines up a shot*
    *Skulk 1 bursts through the grate at Marine 1*
    *Marine 2 fires his first shot when the scope slams back into his face and <b><i>gouges out his damned right eye.</i></b>*
    *Marine 1 squeezes off a few rounds and is killed by Skulk 1, who then turns to attack Marine 2 while he's <b><i>writhing on the floor in agony</i></b>*

    Punishment nothing. Scope + Blowback + Eye = Pure and total pain.

    too bad aliens are marines dont exist. Plus its not a matter of being correct its just that when you attactchit to the pistol the slider will move back adn the scope is attached to the same bone sooo... it'll fly back too. In that sense it'd look stupid ingame.

    you guys are friggen idiots....OMG. when you have a scope on the gun or without a scope. your not going to be that close to the gun. if you have a scope you get one specially design to be looked at from far away so your eye wont get knocked out. but yous till need a rail to attach and keep it from falling off!!!

    I dont even see the point with having a scope on the pistol..
    It would only block more of the screen, and that's bad. (Besides we cant use scope in NS) *duh!*
    <b>BUT</b> if you like a scope, then just use it.

    Thats my opinion about teh scope!

    Yes, they do have high relief scopes, but the point is, the violent recoil is not going to do the fragile bits of your optics any good. Its the exception rather than the rule.

    and sickle.. there are ppls in this forum who are not "gun pros" like you...
    you will not make yourself any friends calling everyone idiots..because they dont know how red dot sights and pistol-scopes work.. ive just ignored that comments.. maybe i have should explain them that the gun slider hits your eye first when you get that close to the scope lol.. but it was fun to read their posts...
