looks like u want my job.. <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'> the relations are not very exact.. maybe i redo that gun after ergonomic principles and fit it to the internal mechanics.. the ejection port have to be a bit bigger...makes it more easy to eject faulty rounds..

sid.. i do a more clearly version of it... and you tell me why you cant hold it like that <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'> the concept is pretty nice...its much more like a veryold flintstone pistol.. ive addet a p90 style foregrip to it.... but the location you want it is not very clever... in front of the clip it would be much better... but wait for my designof your gun..you will see it

Ammo counter display switches between sub-modes: Ammunition, Type, Range. Bar display indicates current charge on internal battery. Two days standby, eight hours active. Includes Safe and Jam indicators. Laser rangefinder doubles as a sight and is slaved directly to the counter display. On/off toggle on the side.

Back to <i>Brotherhood of the Wolf</i>, though you can barely see it in <a href='http://www.kinoweb.de/film2002/PacteDesLoups/pix/PL29.jpg' target='_blank'>this picture</a> (this is the best I could find, and it at least shows that Sid's gun is kind of a futuristic version of this), there's what's sort of a stock extending from the back of the gun, which bends under his arm to help keep it steady.

Actually, if I add <a href='http://perso.wanadoo.fr/amilo/cinema/5.jpg' target='_blank'>this picture</a> too, you might be able to see what I mean a little better.

Panaka - yes, I know having a Downward Pistol grip would be more comfortable and even more efficiant - but nah. I'm going for a new approach - more compact design.

i hope i can show you some design glitches with my lil doodle .

your design is a bit complicated to hold... the one ive done too but its more ergonomic... ive given it the shape of an old flintstone pistol.... ive also addet the p90 styled frontgrip..in your design its more a middle grip..... maybe handy when the gun lays with the front on a wall... sandsack.. anyway.. this gun will have a very jumpy behavior.. it have to much headweight..to less stability ... the balancing is non existent when you use the middle grip..
i dont suggest to use this one in full auto mode.. it will rip of your wrist when your not holding the gun very low on your hip..... <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'>

but i have to say..its a very interresting looking concept...
not very practical.. maybe you will hurt yourself.. but interresting..
and when youre out of ammo,the gun will give a very good club to smash heads...and stuff

this gun have a rotating receiver..similar to the steyr tmp .. this way it havent to slide backward,to eject and load a new round... that saves space..and gives less recoil

one little thing. The point between the hand rest for the thumb and the rest of the hand is a bit too sharp.

nah..just a 20 min doodle.. this close rear/front grip configuration is only for use with bullpub designed weapons..
this weapon is relativly unusable.. but ive wanted to see that one <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'> sometime its fun to make twisted stuff <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'>
