well, i dont really care about the leadership thing, if Rhoads wants to do it he can, but yeah, i think a website of some sort would be an excellent idea.
Well, on IRC we decided that *at least for now* Parse_Error would be the acting leader. He is our main coder for now (as well as Rhoads but.. Rhoads is never on IRC..) and it is traditional that the leader of the team is the coder. Regardless, we needed a leader just to keep this together. Rhoads, it would be great if you could do that right now (regarding the webspace and forum) because we need somewhere to keep this all organized.
Argh. I'm sorry about the absence, my cable modem was off-line for all of yesterday. Anyway, I've been thinking of getting a Sourceforge account for NSRPG. If you don't know what SourceForge is, it's a site that allows for easy creation of an (open-source?) project, and easy coordination among a bunch of people. It uses CVS (Concurrent Version System) to ensure that the most recent version of the code can be made available as soon as it's modified an uploaded. Takes a bit of setup, but I've used it before and I think it works well. Plus, this means that I don't have to host it

Earlier someone mentioned that the lvl 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 should be used for bosses in each level. It would be a shame not having them as 'normal' enemies, so I suggest making a especially hard bob or what ever for boss instead.
Erm. Just my two cents.
I agree with Kassinger. But aren't we gonna ahve to think up new enemies too? From what Pyrowolf has drawn, it looks like we'll have hybrids in addition to the other alien classes. Perhaps we could think up some more alien levels for more variety? I mean, 5 enemies plus a hybrid is hardly enough variety.
Pyro, I seriously love your female character sketches ...
I may just have a soft spot for Anime style drawing, but its very, very well done. Do you have a web site or anything with some other concept drawings?
I do have Cyber Moon Studios , it has most of my older things, but yeah (you'd be able to tell I'm getting better at it though).
And I've been training in sprite making and came up with this.
(not a character in the RPG in question, but one of my own characters, still, I made this from -scratch-)
-edit- Again, not involving NS persay, but it's Snake, and I made it from scratch.
OK, I've just gotten word from SourceForge that they're now hosting NSRPG. I'd like everyone who wants to be a part of this to sign up and post something on the forum once the site gets its DNS entries resolved. The site will be nsrpg.sourceforge.net. This will most likely be an end to our taking up space on ns.org
:edit: Hmm, on further notice nsrpg.sourceforge.net contains absolutely nothing at the moment. That's going to be the future location of our website when it's done. In the meantime, forums are available at sourceforge.net/forum/?group_id=56440. Get a SourceForge account and start posting there.

If not, you may want to consider it ...
