Matrix Reloaded

Hey, someone had to make this topic!
Who has seen the matrix reloaded? I figured this would be the best place (if any) to place such a thread. I left the theaters scratching my head much like I had in the first movie leaving me to wonder what exactly did happen. I had to watch the first movie twice to truly understand it fully. While I understood the concept of the matrix (more than my parents ever got), I still had to think a bit about what the heck the Agents were, and how Neo could come back to life.

Now, after the end of this movie, I'm wondering what the HELL was the architect about? How could neo do those strange powers in the real world? Why couldn't they bring back Doser from Matrix 1 (darnit!)?

Anybody else see the movie know the answer, or at least, feels the same way?

The effects were freakin' awesome though. Nobody can dispute that. How do you guys feel about it?

First of all, I don't think you fully understood The Matrix after seeing it only twice. There are multiple meanings to the film. I too was confused about the architect. Neo is the one, he's capable of breaking many rules within the matrix, including gravity. Doser died, hence his sister complaining about her husband being the new operator.

I heard it was amazing. I'll make up my mind when I see it.

Perhaps you should do the same Michael...

And this goes in OT... I'm just posting cause I expect it to move there soon.

"Hey, someone had to make this topic!"

they did. They had the sense to make them in a section called "Off-topic"

Say, as long as you're taking the time to say "This belongs in off-topic," can't at least one of you have the courtesy to point exactly where with a little bit 'o linkage?

There's also a second thread in Off-Topic intended for those who have already seen the movie and want to discuss what they thought of the plot, what they think will happen next, etc. clickity clicky
