  my guesses would be either 1) seige mod or 2) leap-switch-to-para "exploit"
  
  since it seams that they killed themselves with it then i'm goin with seige mod
  
  (seige mod = parasite and pistols become seige-like blasts)

  Uh, actually, most likely xenocide. Notice how he killed himself? Can't do that with leap.
  Handheldsiege mod could be it, but I doubt it.
  EDIT: Then again... since someone else did the same right before him(thought it was the same guy), I bet it really was the hhsiege mod.

  I would say he just replaced the xenocide sprite with the parasite one but that doesn't explain why all the people have those comments.

  You don't need any mods to do it. Using xenocide (or several other abilities) sometimes incorrectly registers the kill as a different weapon when you change weapons mid-attack. You can also get a primal scream kill <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

  Can't be xeno, I've xenoed and switched to leap and bite plenty of times.. never got anything like the leap/charge bug.

  Leap and switch to xeno on 2 hives. You'll register a xeno kill.
  Regardless, it does appear to be sv_cheats 1 and killall.
  Siegemod would explain why he killed all marines and himself, but not the other alien unless tournament mode was on. Which usually isn't in pubs.

  its OBVIOUSLY parasite siege.
  he didnt kill the other alien, the other alien just happened to kill himself from it around the same time.
