Jetpackers:
I have noticed on playing on {dead} clan's server that this map is very jetpacker friendly. I have made a few steps to make it not so. Mainly the aliens have lots of resources that are secure from being used by the marines. In order for aliens to win. They must make sure their hives are well protected. Then they should slowly start attacking the upper level through the elevator or the vents. Aliens do have the option of guarding two locations which will prevent jetpackers from getting by. Those locations are Central Ventlation System and Lower Waiting Room. If there locations are held. The marines will have to fight their way through to reach the hives.
Jetpacker's paradise hive:
I put the hive in the commander's view so it can be locked down. I would seriously recommend no relocation to that hive. The commander can only cap one resource and no other resources on the lower level. The two walls that are blocking the way in the lower level can be welded open. It is not the alien's interest for that to happen for it will make a easy assualt on their hives.

new ns_clash80b has improvements in gameplay. Hives are harder to kill and marines start out with two resources nodes in their base. And a few other things added.

u know you can group 3 func_breakable glasses into one glass by making it one entity.
I get a distinct "Boxy and dark" feeling from those two screenshots.
I moved the button down some and working on changing alot of stuff too.
I'll see what ns 1.1 does to jetpacks. Hopefully make them less of a ramboling tool. Whats the point of securing an area if you just hand out hmgs and jetpacks to kill a hive?
