The first room1 is also the marine start, hence the commander console.

At any rate, back to the layout at hand... it's far too cramped, for one -- the aliens will be on top of the marines before they even have time to completely spawn (assuming these rooms are of practical proportions). I mean, you've got a marine spawn a room away from 2 hives. Get more distance between them (as well as a few more routes and rooms in the middle), and it'd have a lot more potential. Also, that third hive is a bit out in the 'boonies' so to speak compared to the rest of the map -- it doesn't have to be EXACTLY equal distance as all the others, but it'd be good to have a more consistent distance.
Another thing as I look again, you may want to use that third hive as a minimum distance reference for the other two -- depending on the scale here, that might be just far enough to work for a smaller map.
