are they a bad thing..? :o?!
not naming any names *ahem*[[crash0rz]] *cough* i was on their server the other day and there was a massive amount of admin cheating going on. I played on that server for about 7 games, on admins team, and against admin, and alot of the games turned out pretty cool.
If you look on these games less as serious NS, and more fun/ action/ even RPGesque, they realy kick ****. the thing that made it great was admin would set up situations where the game was sped up for different teams at different times, (usually in favour of the admin team overall). But although it was blatantly rigged, there were so many cool moments happening, massive battles and interesting (ie. not 2 hive lock down, choke, win. or tech up JP HMG rush ) games in which the tide turned alot.
so yeah, it might seem 'lame' when your up against the admin, but look on it as a challenge ;D. It definatly seemed more like a hardcore/action/arcade game last night, uhh.. or somthing like that..
anyway, so cheating isnt always lame, I think it adds alot to the game! (makes a change *ahem*)

Oh and once we were beating the marine team (3 hives, we didn't let the marines out from their base alive, etc..) and then admin decides to put a god mode on. Well it was pretty fun, because the admin only used knife and kept chasing us
Yeah, nothing like trying to place a building and suddenly it flies up to the ceiling. LOL negative gravity =D.
You don't need cheating for fun in that game! As a gorge I regularly just build OCs at holes so they fall to my opposition's base. Since so many skulks bumrush their base they don't have time to deal with them. OCs then build themselves and wahey - suddenly they take fire from everywhere.
That map makes me laugh because you can survive a fall as a skulk but not as anything else. So you get players who've never come there spending so much res evolving to an onos then dropping down and splatting. Heh heh heh.
it was a lot of fun, also since most of the time nobody used invul (k so I used it b4 i saw the fun in killing ur teammates )
