I am japanese, but I don't hear much about the japanese Half-Life community. Even in ASE there's like 1 or 2 servers running NS. Maybe cuz I'm playing when it's midnight over there.

Wow, very cool. There seems to be very little Korean or Japanese interest in NS at this point, but this is a start.

I'm glad to see these two groups jokingly war with each other without anyone taking it too seriously.

thing is, HL and related mods dont seem to be very popular in korea - some cyber cafes in korea dont even have CS installed. Seems like SC/BW and wc3 and some mmorpgs dominate korean gaming. But NS is reminiscent of SC, so who knows, it might draw a lot of interest ^^

Almost of foreigner think 'Korea is SC world'. Yes, I think so. But now Korea have 700server/6000player on CS even it's just PM 1:00 in Tuesday now. At night, there will be 10000 Player on CS. It's not too many but also not too small.

Not too many People play NS in korea, but NS forum in CS commuinity have 8000 topic now( http://narics.net/bulletin/zboard.php?id=b_modns / sure, you can't read these korean ).

Don't underestimate Korea, Japan, and Asia. No need to say 'Where r u from'. We're all gamer. yeah, NS Player.

Nice play guys. I wonder if us West USA players could play a friendly scrim vs KOR or JAP with reasonable ping. Maybe 1 map on your server 1 map on our server? We could scrounge of a 10 man team I'm sure since its all fun and games. Reply to the thread. Oh, also if you are interested in any US demos, let me know.

sYN|borf asked USA vs KOR 6vs6 match and we accepted that. If your suggestion is different from that, we can accept with you, too. And I want to see USA match demos cause we never played 6vs6 match.

somewhere lying around are Finland vs Sweden ns games . a uk team is being drawn up with the release of 1.1 , hopefully german / french & spanish teams along with it. Also heard rumours about a danish and a dutch team . i think with the release of 1.1 there will be something like cb nations or a similar league starting up.

Out of curiosity do Koreans/Japanese play clan matches with FF on or off?

Japanese aren't familiar with Tournament mode so we've played with normal rule.

I am korean so is tae and we love friendlyfire ^ ^, anyways I try to get a lot of the korean community here in houston to try out natural-selection. They say it's very confusing, while cs is just shoot and kill. I convinced some friends to enjoy it while others simply don't even like it when they first try it out. Koreans are impatient and to play a team based game you have to have patience to build / guard / weld. The reason i got into ns is because it's fun going rambo and killing skulks @_@ ^_^ kekek
