its hard to figure out but ever noticed a marine in game that looks diffrent from the rest yea hes the com. He isent diffrent in any way at combat just looks cool he is allowed to choose 2 classes for you to play as either dread or jupjetter etc. Some weapons as said before need to be deployed before shooting and these arenormally one hit kill stuff. The dread anime are crap the best is by far the eldar one for looks, about some dominating others yes this is becouse crap com chooses 2 weak classes when you are meant to choose a weak and heavy class for your team to be, forinstance they choose chaos marine and marine ok the nermy terminators turn them into mush within seconds the floating eye idea etc is well ok but i would much prefere it if the round were like CS and you respawned only once per round so it was quick exciting and mainly easy to understand combat, as for servers im gona see if UK2 online will host one but i dought it.
oh yea the tua arr part of the eldar army iv read and i dont like the catachans i prefere the tyranids but the imperial army are great since they dont have a dread the devs are wating to add tanks before making them available.
I think I'll look back into it later though. I've seen people playing WH40k, but never understood why it's so cool. I guess I'm curious about it now, so hopefully it turns out as a good mod.

No, the Tau are a seperate species. And you might want to throw an extra period, or at least a comma in your posts.
As far as Rival Species goes, I was gonna download it, but based on this forum's review, guess I'll skip it for more NS and NWN.

Well, you can compare them by thier crappyness (very high for those two).
I was downloading it while reading the reviews in this thread, only had maybe a few megs to go, and I stopped the download.

Meh, only two minutes left on the download so I guess I'll let it finish out, and give it a shot.
And methinks someone has something against RPGs, beyond platformers. NWN was decent, and lacked a lot of the drudgery of Morrowind (as of the last time I played either of 'em.. at least in NWN you weren't wandering around, FPS-slashing at monsters and hoping that you hit... even with the cute Moogle race expansion from Machall).

befor any more of you HAMMER the mod's life out i say this:
Press a button to respawn; i dont know which one, but you should go into controls, anyways.
You have the cost of yourself, ie 50. if your small pool is 150 you get 3 respawns plus the life you have now. the amount your team kills determines how much goes into the big pool; the big pool is then split-up into each players smaller pools so one player doesn't take all the good stuff, kinda like the kharaa resource model. each player has his own pool, but how well the team did determines what goes into the pools.
It has potential, it just needs the right people to: A- Put up good servers. B- Be good teachers. C- Spread the word.
THE ONLY WAY YOU'LL KNOW FOR SURE IS IF YOU TRY IT, SO JUST TRY IT AND SEE IF YOU LIKE IT. -Mom

I've gone back to playing Public Enemy, I'm actually enjoying that now. The maps are quite fun, particularly the one where you're on a giant space ship with the elevators.
