In office complex at the begging after the big lift theres a broken bridge wait 2 this is the second one. So anyway this is my first time I come to that look down and see a bullsquid charge some headcrabs I'm thinking OMG there's entire ecosytems in here....

The very beginning, when you have to go into work. You are in the lab, and you start moving stuff around, and pressing buttons. Then you hear the explosion, and you think that it's your fault. You go back to your last save, and try again, and the same thing happens. You try repeatedly to prevent the explosion, until you eventually realize that it's actually a part of the plot...
When you're just out of the messup and you come up to an elevator.
A sign clearly says, "In case of emergency, do not use".
Pfft, screw signs and rules, this is a video game, no one will care. So I pushed that button. It sparked and didn't seem to work. Then I heard a 'woosh' and saw the elevator flying down the shaft with a bunch of screaming scientists onboard and saw a massive explosion at the bottom.
