this is my first ns map, here is the minimap:

thats avery basic layout and no vents are added atm.

With a little work this could be brilliant!
Give the Southeastern hive a second entrance.
I'm fairly sure they are in-game shots, the blue in the textures kinda makes it look like it's still in Hammer.
Nice looking map though emteg, the archetecture looks very good. But one thing about the layout, you should try to have at least 2 ways into each hive (The botton left hive seems kinda out of the way a bit.)
You might already know this but to get rid of the blue on your wires turn 'em into func_illusionaries, Render Mode solid, FX Amount 255
Same for your join team signs but Render Mode additive
Nice start and keep up the good work.
Layout could use a couple more intermediate rooms and passageways, but the overall spacing looks about right.

I use a env_gamma in-game so its a bit brighter than u can see it now
There's a bit of wierd geometry and texturing up at the top in the third pic. One of the beams doesnt look like its lining up with its support on the left. The vertical texture on the angled part of the support looks a bit wierd also.
looks good in general though.
