My story fits into b. We were playing in ns_bast and it was at the end of the game. We had 2 hives, 3rd going up, the marines were dead except for one. I was near the engine hive as a skulk, and noticed the yellow dot on hive site, it was pretty close by. So I ran to it with hopes of killing the last marine, I saw him and stopped. I noticed the Gorge was right beside him, putting webs down. The marine was trying hard to run away but kept getting webbed over and over again. He was so helpless <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'> I was watching and laughing at this, I started parasiting him over and over in hopes making the final kill a parasite one. Eventually, to spare himself the humiliation, he killed himself by typing kill in the console. Dissapointing ending but it was really funny at the time!

Killed 5 marines that were attacking me with web/healspray/spit.
They were newbies, but still it was pretty hilarious.
Also I got a bunch of babbler kills in a row, forgot how many though

MY first kill as a newbie....heal sprayed a noob rambo...good times, good times.

and then ther was this time were a lone gorg snuck into our base. (great scott!, my team was blind as hell) and built a WoL. Pretty much ended the game for us.

I had a somewhat odd experience as a gorge once.
I just finished building this OC (wich was intended to be the first step in a WoL) when a HA came walking round the corner. Being a Hive 1 gorge I sort of knew this was bad. To my good fortune he was alone and armed with a lmg for some reason. I duck behind my OC and start to healspray hoping for the best. While he is chasing me around the OC a skulk comes to my rescue.
Basicly we run around this OC all three of us. Me healing the skulk while trying to avoid the HA. The HA shooting at me and the skulk while trying to avoid the skulk. And the skulk biting the HA while trying to be healed by me. It took a while but evetually we got him.

I saw the ENTIRE TEAM Gorging the marine base to death with babblers and healthspray!

The funniest thing that has ever happened to me involving a gorge was.

I was just starting out on ns about 2 weeks playing and I was finally getting the hang of the game. I go off ramboing at the start of the game, and see a gorge. "Ahahhah a easy kill" I say to myself in my head, I run up to it and shoot, and it starts shooting back at me with spit. I empty my clip (probably never even hit the gorge, with my aim) and then it kills me with spit. I have no idea you could loose to a gorge whit 100 hp and no web.

Another nice moment was in a clan game. We where playing caged and we set up 3 dc in the vent leading to the marine base. Then we gorge rushed, meaning 4 gorge 2 skulk and we almost took down their base but in the end I was the only one alive, so I ran (as a gorge) near the vent. I just kept on healing spraying the marines while the dc healed me. In the end I killed 5 marines with healing spray and 2 with mines. And they finally killed me when 1 person ran up to me and placed 5 mines right next to me and they exploded.

Funniest thing that ever happened to me as gorge was on nancy. I had just put a res tower at the node near cargo hold and was heading back to port when a marines comes from cargo and starts hitting me (coincidence it was a guy in my dorm who plays NS too.) I duck around the corner into the hallway that goes to subspace and then spin around and spit the door button to close the doors. I was just hoping to get the doors closed to give me enough time to get away, but right as the doors start to close, the marine runs through and gets crushed to death. <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'>

I once killed 3 heavies alone as a gorge. Started out with no O chambers in the area, built three while attacking. Didn't have web yet.

Probably the funniest I`ve seen was a double Babbler Mine Kill... a friend launched a pile of babblers a two marines in their base... one guy died to the babblers, the other one died to a babbler that set off a mine. Doesn't sound funny, but it was hilarious <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'>

Well i wasn't the gorge but i took part.

When I was in [TE], and we were playing Cc| we had the powersilo hive, and we wanted to have our gorge hide up, on the ledge all the way at the top. So we boosted him up and everything. Then all of a sudden Cc rushes while most of the team was dying.

So then, Ovaltine (aka Killm)told me to help him down, by making a bridge so that we could get down, no problem, so as i started that, I kinda let him fall into the acid waters, we tried for like atleast 5 minutes just trying to get him out, it was extremly funny, he was always falling, us trying to get him out, cracking up at the same time... But after a while Sera was just like, Screw it, die, i'll go gorge, then he did, and we won <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'>

One time in a scrim with my old clan, we were aliens and the marines had taken down our hive (which I believe was fusion) and so we had 1 player left, a gorge.
The gorge was in Sat Comm gathering res for the hive so we can respawn and hopefully have a chance to turn the tide.
Anyway, our clan leader got annoyed waiting / got bored........ He started slapping the gorge, over and over and over, as you know you can only slap down to about 5hp.
Well this didnt protect the gorge from the SPLAT against the wall as he hit the steel reinforced wall going at over 200MPH!!
Unfortuneatly, no demo, but it was hilarious.

there's a clan called D2roxx|(name here). No this isn't a plug, cos it's not really a clan, it's just some friends. They specialise in Rambo Gorging, and OC rushing. D2roxx|LoThar can attack a heavily armed/defended base, with Seige, turrets, mines and a PG as a gorg, and take it single handedly. I remember him attacking sewer once (which the rest of the team had given up with, because it was too heavy) he said "Hey sticky, i could do with some help" but by the time i got there, the only things left were a TF on red, about 7 OCs (all full health) and a hive going up. he did this while marines were coming and trying to kill him, with no webs and turrets and segies going everywhere. It was so funny to see the entire marine team going "..." at almost the same time <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'>

Funniest gorge moment ever wasn't one of mine, but I took part. So, the marines stormed Powersilo on NS_nothing, and we ran to that walkway place (can't remember name, its near silo) and 6 skulks climbed on the wall, and made a bridge for the gorge, and clustered up near the ceiling with the gorge building DCs on our backs. So, marines have killed our hive (it was a goner) and are storming around the map looking for us.

Suddenly, someone accidently chuckles and a marine hears us, and soon we have Jpers coming up and trying to kill us, so we (the skulks) keep biting and biting and kill about 15 JPers between us. Then finally, some of the skulks try too hard and fall to their deaths.

Eventually it was wittled down to me, a DC on my back, and a gorge sitting on top of the DC. So a JPer comes again, and flies under me and the gorge starts screaming over mic for me to move, so I do, and the DC falls down, hits the JPer and sends him to his death. The whole team were laughing their **** off on voicecomm, but eventually gorge got bored and told me to drop, so I did, and we both flew to our deaths.

My funniest event:

I was a gorge, putting RTs around and then defence chambers... I built a second hive and then started to reinforce both hives with offence and defence chambers.

I went to a corridor with 2 exits. Started placing those chambers. A wall of offence and a wall of defence. Then, proudly looking at the perfect wall of "fire", i realised i had no way out. There i was, a poor gorge, with no way out of my fortress.

Eventually a skulk helped me out, but i was there for some 5 minutes or so... <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'>

I was a gorg at the map (can't remember the name, has Sewers, Ventilation, and Generator). Well, we were in vent. and my team wasn't doing all that well. I suspect a lot of the players are new, they didn't pursue enemy resource towers and in not too long, 3 jp hmgs came after my precious hive. They weren't all that great either, luckily. The few good skulks on my team were chasing them and the entire time I was heal spraying them. One hovered point blank infront of me while a skulk jumped at him, bam. One healspray kill. The next was on the ground, got bit by a skulk, then bam. The last was gunned down by an offensive chamber I built out of desperation.

That had to be the best moment in NS I ever had <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'>.

screwing around in misslecommand, I was trying to build above the marine base...I got too close to the edge and fell off. Knowing I was dead, I decided to drop an O chamber to **** them off, but it fell on me and I was stuck in the O chamber in midair. Hung there for about 5-10 seconds until something in the game triggered to kill me, but it was funny just hanging in the air over their base.

Marine 1: What's that in the sky?
Marine 2: It appears to be a flying gorge-chamber sir.

I remember once when the game was 2 or 3 on 1. The map was Nancy and we started in the unnamed hive. I as the only alien, a Gorge. The game had just started and the rest of my team left the game. I kept the Marines off the hive by placing offense and defense towers, slowly pushing toward their base. I eventually rushed the Marine base and spammed OCs and DCs and took the base. They built a backup base, but by the time they had HA, I had a second hive up and someone else joined the game. After some tough battles against HA with Skulks, we had the RP to go Fade. And we eventually won the game. That was a awesome game.

Haha... yeah... that happened to me as well on Nancy. Was it the first door on the way from Engine to Subspace?

I was as a skulk though, and running like hell on only a few HP. I shut the door behind me to buy me some time... and accidentally crushed the poor marine running behind me.

My best (if not funniest) moment as a gorge was as our team was losing with both free hives being well defended by the marines on ns_eclipse. I was running time and time again into an ever-growing turrent farm at CC, and thought "stuff this".

Noticing they didn't have a seige yet (why would they anyway?) I built a few DC around the corner, and then ramboed in there spamming OT like I had infinite res or something.

I was suprised as hell when it actually worked. It acted long enough as a diversion for my skulk friends to rush in there and kill both TF and phase. They got a seige up at one point, and ruined my lovely OT farm, but my tactic worked!
