Work is progressing
Most of this map takes place on board the mining and refinery sector of the Spirit, with the exception of the Marine Spawn, which is on the command deck.

These shots are located roughly in the central area of the map. The first two are shots showing the area near to the Ore Processing Hive. The third shot is a node area near to the Marine Spawn.

Anyway here are the shots:

That's it for now. I'll post shots of the MS/Ore Processing when I finish them (I'm having a little trouble with them right now).

I like the factory look, nice architecture in #1...

Lighting looks nice and orange, but those blue lights look a little out of place, could use more contrast in the lighting too.

Wow that.. seems pretty dark. What I can make out looks fairly solid though. A nicely cold metalic feel. The brown and grey colourings can go and get a little boring after a while imho, if overused. I can't tell if that's the case at all from the three shots, I'm just.. thinking out loud really.

The lights, especially in shot #2, seems very dim. One thing is lighting-contrast, but here it's as if someone used 30 watt bulbs in 100 watt sockets or something You can get dark just fine without leaving lights dim.

Two more shots. First is a random elevator shaft, the second is the Ore Processing Hive. I could use some feedback on that one.

Very nice. Architechture is very good, texture choosing is good and the lighting is sweet. Keep it up.

I think you just need to add more infestation to the ore hive to give it a finished look. Otherwise, everything looks great.

Tenderr Sleek or sweet? You decide what word to use for the level, because in my opinion finished levels are a work of art. This is the first stage of the art, it looks nice.

Ok, one last screenie before I stop showing them for a bit. It's an updated view of the node room from before with nicer lighting and added alien-only passageway.

Very pretty. I love the architecture and the texturing, and in some places the lighting is very atmospheric (in the rest it's fine, too). Can't think of much of anything negative to say, really. Keep up this level of quality and you'll have a great map.

Looks really nice. What I like especially atm? The "Alien Only" vents you added - they look natural, not like they were added for the sake of having them. In all looks very nice.

Very nice, but the floor seemed rather plain in places. Yo're really getting the NS look here.

Actually, that room's really quite small, big enough for a RT, TF and a few turrets, but not much else.

Thanks for the comments, all of you
