Set your router to forward port 27016 (or whatever port you are using) to the dedicated server. People can use your WAN IP to connect and you can use your LAN IP to connect.

what type of router? But there is a general principle behind anything that is behind a firewall/router. Is that the port has to be forwarded and open to the public. So remember to choose your ports carefully. Your IP would be the ip of the inet service provider, or what ever kind of connection that you have. You might want to forward ports 27015 and/or 27016. Since that is all that your bandwidth can prob take if you are on DSL let alone cable.

But have some fun with it.
