Here is my version of the AVP marine weapon sprites. I love using these sprites and I'm sure you will too.

Expect my version of the Alien sprites to be released as well.

    Aren't ppl apprehensive to post in that thread? I mean, won't releases get way more exposure if they are just posted as topics? Or am I missing something?

    Nah, here's how it works:

    1) You make your release topic, as per usual.

    2) You put a post in the Release thread that says "click <here> to check out my new Aliens weapon sprite replacements!" and link to the release topic you made in (1).

    3) 6 months from now, someone comes onto the forums and says "hmm, I could really use some Aliens weapon sprites..." They open up the "Releases" thread, and right there is a link to your topic, even if the topic itself is on page 6,000,000 by now.

I downloaded them, too. but I just got the 640mw1-s.spr and the 640mw2-s.spr included in this zip (also a readme and a screenshot) - the other files are corrupted <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->

    I dunno why this is happening to ppl but the files are there, uncorrupt. The download just ends prematurely sometimes. *shrug*
