Cory 'Squeal Like a Pig' Strader, as you already know,
is the lead artist for Natural Selection and the man behind
much of the alien and Marine skinning and general design,
as well as some modeling and overall leadership. What you
may not know is he is also the Lead Artist at Stainless
Steel Studios, the people that brought you Empire Earth,
Age of Empires, and now... Empires: Dawn of the Modern World.

Though, it looks like there's a weak link somewhere in the graphics programming of the game. Or, more accurately, a missing link (of the knuckle-dragging, banana-consuming kind).

My favorite aspect of the engine is the reflections - look at those swooping planes in the water, or the shimmering ships mirrored below. Totally cool effect. although shouldn't the propellers be turning? <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
I am down with buying this game. Plus it has the cool timelines that mean your swarming army of cavemen will not end up fighting flying saucers with lasers... just panzerkampfwagens. GG Sid Meirs and Civ 1, you utter and complete nub.

Just wanted to clearify one thing: I'm not Lead Artist at Stainless. I am a senior artist but the title of "Lead" belongs to someone else (thank god, I might add).
