models/shell.mdl
When I try to connect to my favourite server I get this annoying message saying "server is enforcing file consistancy on model/shell.mdl"
Bit odd considering I haven't modified any files let alone this shell.mdl (which I couldn't even find in the models folder) in fact the only thing I have done is add some new maps, which I about a month ago and this stupid error message only appeared today.
So does anyone have any ideas on how to correct this? As I really don't want to miss out on playing on my favourite NS server

The fixes people have been suggesting here ought to sort it out, but you can also find HL's pak1.pak (or pak2.pak, I forget which, but it doesn't really matter - do both) and rename them to something else. This'll make NS find the correct shell.mdl.
(If you wish to play HL/Op Force/Blue Shift with the high def models again though you'll need to change their names back to pak1.pak, &c)
