    I'm curious, how well does melee combat work, given that you've got to deal with network latency? That to me always seemed to be the big obstacle to having a good online melee combat game - you've got less room to compensate for lag than you do with ranged weapons.

    They just don't make melee engines like they used to I guess.

    Seriously, it's sooooo extremely hard to play, especially if your comp has turned into the LSMoD/D (lag sim machine of death/doooooom) as of late.
