Non N00b/f4 Llhama Servers?

<div class="IPBDescription">i'm sick of it</div> every time i join a server i get **** off by n00bs going gorg marines freelancing all the time and pressing f4 if they see that they aren't doing so good...
this really sucks so i spend my time flaming f4/exit llhamas and non-cooperative n00bs while i'm dead.
just got banned from a server for that *lol* (server rules allow n00bs... )
all i'm looking for is a server where n00bs get tempbanned and f4/exit llhamas as well....
i'm not looking for a server where only the best players play but i'm fed up explaining basic things to newbies written in the manual...
i'd even pay for such a server if it has good pings...
so if anyone knows such a server tell me... plz!

For any llamas who think F4 is lame, I recommend Nano. I can't remember if it's a courtesy or a rule, but F4'ing to end a lame-40 minute endgame (READ: LAME) is seen as bad, but usually the players there are competent enough that it won't take 40 minutes.

After 5 minutes F4'ing is disabled on these servers. Of course they also have health from the armory, & res sharing.
Flaming is also a no no on these servers but you shouldnt need to flame the F4 lamers and there is an admin on quite a bit so you dont need to worry about n00bs gorging.
WAHHH WAHHH, After I win they go to the readyroom instead of losing for 30 minutes while the aliens build everywhere on the map, go Onos and take another 10 minutes to kill our base.

Gee, I wish I could get a victory from killing someone every once in a while.

This game isn't about getting frags, or flattening an already defeated enemy. It *can* be about winning, which you do, when they go to the readyroom.

Nano has become a place where a bunch of newbes *claim* to be good........
every game i have played their recentaly there has been maybe 1-2 guys who know what to do. (thats just my opinion, i dont play there much)
other then that i dont really play on any other servers.

llamas arent always cheaters. Cd won't always help
On my server:
Llamas get 10 minutes to cooperate, then get warned by rcon say (they usually suddenly remember to talk english by then <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->) then countdown, then kick. If he's back, he gets another chance but gets a ban after. Temp or permabanned depending on gravity.
Racist comments (you'd be surprised how often that happens on french servers, especially nowadays) Just get kicked no warning.
f4ing gets a warm invitation for the f4er to come back or he gets a nice kick.
That's the way it works. Yes it might be too harsh but otherwise we get overrun by lamers. Of course, those are the "rules" but we often adapt to the situation, the current atmosphere of the server (gorge invasion!!!) or if some people are being really idiotic and can't manage to finish a game ON PURPOSE.
And I don't doubt your regulars could beat mine.. I actually think the french general NS level is quite low. But i still love this game no matter how I suck <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

Personally, I think we should just remove F4 and just start the match once marines control 2 hives (like an if; or something if the marines have x number of buildings at 2 hives) or if the marines have jetpacks early.

Most generally, the n00bs will weed themselves out.
As for n00b bashing, teaching them how to play and letting them figure stuff out is really helpful. Plus, you never know when you get a skilled shooter from CS that's sick of the BS and suddenly has an enlightenment.

When NOT to F4 -
-When marines get one/two hives.Its still possible to win!FIGHT THEM.At the 2 hive stage,if they just turtle up in the hives and refuse to attack you,THEN f4.
-When the initial skulk rush at the beggining of the round fails.Surprising enough,i HAVE encountered more than my share of this.The alien team would rush,and if they couldnt kill the marines first itme,they just f4ed.How pathetic.
