This is far from official, but EBGames is taking pre-orders for a retail version of Day of Defeat. Their info page even features the box cover art.
Again, we have yet to receive an official press release from Valve announcing this project, but since we've heard rumors of a Day of Defeat retail release from the day Valve announced their partnership with the DoD team, we think this could be legit. The surprise here is that Activision is listed as the publisher, could this be the end of the Sierra\Valve relationship? If so, Activision will likely be publishing Half-Life 2 as well.
UPDATE: According to a somewhat reliable source, DoD Retail will be officially announced later this week. But the weird thing is that Half-Life 2 will still be published by Sierra, which makes the decision to publish DoD through Activision seem even more odd. <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
so what do you guys think?

Plus, since valve bought em its kinda a given that they went reatil..
(BTW, Nightwatch being bought by Valve is not. (; )
isn’t April fools day rules are jokes must start and finish in the morning?
So if the joke starts before the day or finishes in the afternoon the joker becomes the fool
