i extract these sounds from AvP1 using the FastFile Explorer of Lead Works(thx Platoon about the information)
replace the following:
health.wav
gunpickup2.wav
pickup_heavy.wav
mg-1.wav
lmg_clipin.wav
lmg_clipout.wav
lmg_draw.wav
hmg-1.wav
hmg_clipin
hmg_clipout.wav
hmg-deploy.wav
hmg_draw.wav
grenade_hit1~3.wav
