Its my understanding that people don't even like that splash screen. I must admit... it is a little corney.
The only reason I left that block of text in the readme is because I gave the creators lots of credit in a readme and a splash screen too (albeit goofy.) Anyone that wants to take something out of it for another pack or some other publication should really contact me to get up to date credits and contributer information so said person knows how to properly credit people for their work instead of crediting me or no one at all.
Yes, I have a full set of working AL|EN V models including fade claws and Daph's acidspitter. they all look great and the set minus the fade stuff is all thanks to Rammstein.
just stick the credits in a readme.txt in the ns folder, you can access them through the game-menu then. Or maybe if you're doing an installer put a disclaimer and full credits somewhere <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
Well...technically, Die-Hard does speak the truth...I have ever single thing in this pack except for the jetpack and crosshairs...and i dont like either of those things anyway.. Therefor, you cant flame Die-Hard for what he is saying.. I would say the same right now, but I have better things to waste my time on. I could zip up this whole pack excluding the jet and crosshairs, and put it out for download with no wait..
