While viewing the NS models in HLMW, I found out it was possible to replace the HL turret with the NS one, since their animations are almost exactly the same.
Here is how I did it, and how anyone can do it in 3 simple steps.
<ul>1. Copy <b>b_sentry.mdl</b> and <b>b_sentryt.mdl</b> from your <i>\Half-Life\ns\models\</i> folder
2. Paste them into the <i>\Half-Life\valve\models\</i> directory
3. Rename <b>b_sentry.mdl</b> to <b>sentry.mdl</b>, and <b>b_sentryt.mdl</b> to <b>sentryt.mdl</b>.</ul>And voila! You'll easily mistake a game of Half-Life with NS.

i just copied the files straight from the opfor demo over to ns
its not perfect but it looks way better than the normal knife <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

Actually, you could just use the Stukabat for the Lerk, and the HoundEyes for the Gorgs. i think those would fit better than what you suggested. The garg as the onos would probably not work becuase of the hitboxes. <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->
