<div class="IPBDescription">does it have a graphic problem?</div> you know how when you knife something and also when you told down your mouse button, the knife slashes are quite fast as an oppose to CS's knife speed. but then, once i've tried to knife a resource tower there are sometimes that it makes a shank sound while other times it doesn't. does that mean that the knife speed isn't as fast as the knife speed that we all normally see?

yea i'm pretty sure that the knife attack and the graphic don't line up ... thats why when fighting with a knife i dont just constanly hold down fire.

Actually, knife and attack do line up because rate of fire is based upon number of animation frames. As for the hit sound, that I'm not too sure if it can keep up. Same goes with the skulk bite.

it does damage even if it doesn't show the graphic or play the hit sound...just create a server with 'drawnumericdamage' and watch as you knife things...it works.

If you press against the building and find the right spot, you can get a slash sound for every attack. Sometimes crouching helps too. Maybe yet another hitbox issue?
