<div class="IPBDescription">screenshots and info</div> Piatra is dead, and I'm greatfull for that. It had no potensial. Both theme and layout sucked. Sorry if someone really was hopeing for it, but it felt wrong working on it.
But from piatras death, there is born a new map, ns_sanitarus. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
ns_sanitarus will have a much more uniqe theme and layout. You as the player, will have the option to change the gameplay completly. ns_sanitarus takes you trough 3 diffrent themes and enviorment's, each has it own style.
There will be much more info when the first beta will be released, but untill then:

Marine spawn area reminds me of Avp2 where u gotta switch the power back on for the lights at the start (that bit really freaked me out with the cables and the pipe dropping down, unloaded almost a whole clip into it before i realised it wasnt an alien).

The lighting, brushwork and texturing fit NS really well. If the layout is as good I can see this becoming an official map no problem.
Great work macros.
The blue lighting looked a bit akward to me at first glance, but after looking them over a bit more, it does seem to work really well. So long as there's some more variation in the lighting in different areas (The 3-theme thing sounds good), it looks like it'll be great.
I remember really liking your previous effort as well... Keep up the great work. :)

Psycho-Kinetic Hyper-Geek: Dont worry. This map will be pretty diffrent.
Fieari: It's not three levels. The map is pretty flat, but it takes you trough three way diffrent areas. (allmost three diffrent maps.)

I also got that blueish feeling I wanted (maybe too blue? Donno. Would be great to have some feedback on that.)
And look away from the skybox. Im in search of one fitting.
I had to adjust the screenshots because of the env_gamma, so they can seem alittle grey..
