    Click on select unassigned, assign those vertices to something. If it's not supposed to move, assign it to the main gun body joint. 01 in the NS default anims.

    this particular ak47, the main bone is bone_02. if u add anything to it, attach it to bone_02. if ot's the arms, then it';s alread labled for you..

    I don't know why the hell you would merge the hands into the AK model. That's a buttload of work. I feel merging the gun to the hands saves a lot of work, because all it takes is animating one sequence.
