Thats your problem then. WinAmp 3 = scum.
Go to <a href='http://classic.winamp.com' target='_blank'>Classic WinAmp website</a> and use that.

winamp 3 runs fine for me.. I usually throw on 5-10 songs and go play CS or NS whenever I feel like just messing around, and not exactly listening to where people are <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

Get no difference in how things work.. it's crappy when it's crappy and good when it's good... cept if I'm downloading something at like 300k a second like now and I type and the type is algged to hell I mean really you'd think you could limit the ammount of downloadingishness that your computer does that you can type a simple word like "winamp" without waiting a second before the damn thing appears where you typed it.. so now I'm gunna go get a pepsi and see just how many typos I made typing this stuff because currently it's at "not exactly listening".

Winamp 3 is a huge resource hog. Go back to 2.8 and you'll be fine.

You know that number is the TOTAL usage of resources, not just what you've highlighted right?

You've got MIRC (**** program) and a bunch of other stuff running in the background, it's not just Winamp.

Winamp3 is still a resource hog, load up more songs into and you'll see, heh. 45 hours of music (729 files) loaded in winamp2 and still runs fine.
