Looks good to me! The biggest problem I see though is that all three hives and the marine start need to have at least two (somewhat direct) pathways into them. You might also want to get a little more variation in your main MS-to-Hive routes there. Offer a couple more alternative pathways. (Which I bet won't even be an issue anymore once you add in your second pathways for the hives, etc.)

ok. ive made some adds on the map routes. the parts that look awful made are the new passages ive added. please give me some feedback about it cause ive been thinking long about its gameplay and structure and i dont want to make mistakes <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

The top right hive still bottlenecks badly, and the marine start still only has one entrance. I'm also concerned that each alternate route to the other two hives is REALLY far from the other route to that hive.
