help please
I edited the marine model a little, put some stuff here and there, now whenever i compile it it starts compiling then, it will grab a bunch of animations then start to slow down and will stop compiling at a line that says "grabbing\Documents and Set" nothing else. I don't get any error message or anything. Should I try another compiler if so which one? Please help I would appreciate it very much. I also tried compiling different models but the same problem happens to all of them so it doesn't appear to be a certain animation.

Try setting up Kratisto's compiler, as mentioned in the Modelling 101 thread I stole for these forums. I used to have similar problems compiling CS player models in MS3D before I started using that compiler, so with luck that'll help you out.

k, it decompiles now without any problems, except now whenever i try to compile milkshape crashes, performing an illegal operation, do you know any other .qc compilers?

Well, if you follow the instructions in "Modelling 101" you'll be able to simply right-click on the .qc file in e.g. Windows Explorer and hit "compile" in the pop-up menu. That'll then use Kratisto's compiler outside of MS3D, which makes the whole thing much more stable and non-crashy.
