rofl, no, no milkshape, it's a very simple procedure (and ancient), really. I just used <a href='http://www.swissquake.ch/chumbalum-soft/hlmv/' target='_blank'>HLMV</a> to get the right moment in the fade's death sequence when he raises one of his feet. Then turned the lighting a little grey (maybe a little yellow) and then... cut/paste. Same with the marine.

The rest was a little blur action, and some sprays.

Simple. A 20 min work.

(2500x2)x8=40,000. Sounds good to me. 2500 is your calorie intake, yhe x2 is because the aliens' bodies porbably have a higher metabolism, and 8 is for an 8 alien team.
