  There is no webpage (I don't think). It's just a plugin, if you connect to a server running the plugin you spend about 2 minutes downloading sounds and sprites, and thats it.

  i played this plugin some time and i find it sure is fun the first time
  but if the admins set the exp for the levels too high u need too much time to gain levels
  and other players that do nothing else then playing are way too strong
  for example if ur human and have lvl 3 cloaking (yes ther is cloaking too) u can very hardly be seen
  
  but try it for urselfs
