    For those who can't quite see it, because my image alpha-changing skills are sucking...

    The tower is from the bottom of noname on ns_nancy, right to the top, in the reactor-thingy indent. 29-32 towers, not sure of exact numbers.

    The biggest tower stack possible is on either Nothing or Hera.

    NS_Nothing: Build from the acid up to the roof in the Powersilo

    NS_Hera: Get a phase gate to 'outside' where the landing pad is. skulk down to the bottom, evolve to a gorge, and then just keep building towers.

    Lies! Isn't there a limit of 8 of any one tower type in a given area?     How do you turn off that Tower Limit?
    This may not be much, but it's a great tactic:

    I call it the "hole"
    You find a spot large enough to place a 3 rowed offence chamber.
    You have 3 on the first row, 2 on the second (leave space int he middle; it acts as a door)
    And 3 more on the top. It's neat to see Skulks leap through the hole. It's also neat to see the look in the HA's eyes as he stumbles around a corner to meet "The Hole of Doom!" <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

    My modding experience tells me that somewhere around 200+, the client will start to wig out (but not crash) - it'll not draw some of them, and your machine will suddenly lag like it's blown a fuse.

    Now, if you in some fashion created 200+ towers simultaneously, you'd crash things. As far as I can tell, that has something to do with a brittleness in HL's messaging system.
