Ns Gamma Problem..

<div class="IPBDescription">maybe a bug..</div> i am on 56k and whenever ns minimizes because i've lost my connection all my desktop gamma is really really bright.. Everything is way brighter than it should be. If i minimize on accident (damn windows key) the gamma will sometimes get brighter on my desktop as well..

anybody know what causes this and if theres a way to fix it without restarting my computer? It happens about 80 percent of the time. Maybe its an ns bug? anybody else have this?

    run resetgamma.exe. it's in half-life/ns.

    Jedi Knight II does this too. You can also reset the gamma in you graphic card control panels.

    but dont u get different gamma later or have to retune ur gamma?

    becuase if u reset ur gamma it goes back to default and if u want ur game to be brighter then ull havta to raise the gamma bar and then itll just do the same thing later....
