<div class="IPBDescription">More of a test really</div>hehe just for fun, i'll try and make a more professionally done one soon <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->
In this DIVx, it shows one hive route. Things are a little darker in the movie than in game and the area before the hive is currently very bare and underlit.
Hope you like <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

Comments
The stripes along the walls seem too large and high up.
Not enough contrast. No area seems especially dark or light. It's all one level of dimness (or not so dimness, since it's darker than in game). Though this could be due to lack of env_gamma changes.
It seems flat. Blocky, sorta. And no curves.
I like the crisscrossing beams on the ceiling. But perhaps the parts that face the floor should be curved or something? They seem blocky too.
That elevator you go up will need to be much bigger. Much much bigger.

I think Greedo's not gonna like your choice of music, though <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->
anywayz, hard to see from the crappy quality movie, but its looking good. a little bit more use of light_spots could harm you, or maybe a smaller angle on those you have, a few more coloured lights, etc.
Unless you weren't talking about me.
benny hill music?

I especially like the wires hanging overhead, they add a nice touch.
If you're referring to the other freon post, the criticism there was only constructive. We only do it to help each other... this is no contest.
Though one thing I find <b>very</b> important is that if you have something to criticize... make sure you say something about what you <b>do</b> like too... Or you'll just depress the mapper.

Ya i agree with Ken, critisism is fine (and positive) as long as it's constructive. I don't find any of the freon comments offensive in any way, it all helps build a better map.
