That is the Lasersight I use on the DV server. Just make sure once installed that you set lasersight_enemysees 0. Set this way it benefits the Marines and not the Aliens.
Also, for those that dislike the Lasersight, you can use 'hidebeams' at the say prompt to turn it off. To turn it back on, use 'showbeams'.
I don't like the laser-sight addon. It doesn't even work like a real laser-sight because all it does it drag along the map, and can cause HUGE lag in large servers. Also, it's unfair because it gets skulks an advantage of knowing where you are, aiming through doors, at vents, etc.
I thinik the default laser sighting is really a humungous benefit for the aliens...
There were a bunch of threads around this a while back, and here's my suggested way to do it..
Have the lasers only activate or display when the gun is being fired and maybe a short time after the user stops firing. So the ambience is achieved without sacrificing much in the way of gameplay--because the lasers only show when the guns are firing nice 'n loud anyway.

man the thing really helps rines concentrate firepower.
