<div class="IPBDescription">i cant make one!!</div> err my friend cant.. My friend is trying to make a server so we can play with bots and i can teach him the game.. He has dsl i have 56k.. Anyhow he makes a server by going to multiplayer - internet games - create server. When i connect to his ip it says something along the lines of "lan restricted to class c clients" or something similar.. Anyone have any idea whats wrong here?! I found only 2 posts that may help but they are full of server jargon i dont understand and they seem to deal with dedicated servers only..

tell him to set sv_lan to 0.
