<div class="IPBDescription">what works...</div> This tatic should not be attempted by just anyone. But I've found that if your team is mostly competent you'll be alright.

Build an armory, observatory, and 1 ips. Have your team wait for the rush while you upgrade the observatory for motion tracking. Once its done your team shouldnt have a problem killing these skulks. At this point in the game a skulk with no carapase.. Its like shooting fish in a coke can... .']

Think a little before posting these kinds of threads.
"Have those tactics been posted before?"
    "Is this tactic commen sense?"
"Did you do a search in the forum to make sure it wasn't posted before?"

If you answered YES to any of these questions.. well.. it's not gonna be pretty.

errrrr. any idea of what happens after this??

its not like a complete advanced tactic but pretty good if ur marines would pay attention to it.

I would consider 45+25 a heafty wack early game, i would rather get an armory and armor upgrade instead.

if everyone used the search function, then there would be about 9-10 different strategy posts with 100's of posts on them, its ok to repeat topics once and a while to get some content.

I think a good endgame for this little strat is to secure the 1 rt near base, upgrade armory, get hmgs and do the 'hmg+mt' rush. Doesn't work all the time, but I've seen it win rather quickly.

I've been checking the last two weeks. And in the last two weeks I have noticed that commander do not notify the troops where the hive is. Quite often they just pick the hive that they are comfortable with building first due to their own style. If the troops get swamped with skulks they pick another one. This painful trial and error could be solved quickly with 1-2 scanner sweeps. And then a text spam like "THEIR HIVE IS AT VIADUCT!"

    Motion Tracking Rush?

    HMG rush is still better!!

    Let them ambush you...

    4 bullets later they die!
