I tried thousands times,for both NS and Cs,i set the admin_plugin_file "cstrike/addons/adminmod/plugin.ini" to that,but when i try start cs or ns it still gives me error that i have to set it up!can someone send me configed adminmod.cfg for cs and ns?
The "new" layout has plugin.ini at "addons/adminmod/config/plugin.ini". If that's where your plugin.ini is, change your admin_plugin_file entry in adminmod.cfg to match.
Still doesnt work even i set it to either "cstrike/addons/adminmod/config/plugin.ini" or "addons/adminmod/config/plugin.ini" <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->
it says i have to either config admin_plugin_file or script_file,i configed admin_plugin file to match location of my plugin.ini.i added chickenmod plugin to bottom of plugin.ini
Okay, check the adminmod FAQ. The very first entry is named:
Q: When I try to start Admin Mod on my server, it doesn't work and I get a message telling me that I "must define script_file or admin_plugin_file in my adminmod.cfg." What's wrong?
ok i checked,the files arent over 16kb,i checked that the lines are right,but i dont wanna reinstall because i have lost the case and cd <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->
Damn it Destroyder121, my question is if you ever listen. I've told you 100 times that you should try to learn to map first before asking me why the block tool won't put down the block, and how you install prefabs and such. And now let me guess your trying to install adminmod, and even thou we will tell you what to do you won't listen. So chill down, and try to find a tutourial on how. It's not that hard, and if I remember correctly adminmod is not fully supported on NS.

Adminmod is a Half-Life mod, not a CS/DOD/NS/blah mod. There are plugins for it that extend the capabilities for specific mods, that's all.
If you're running RedHat, well, you might have problems with NS 1.04 + adminmod. Check the sticky thread.
i got everything configed right in both cs and NS but it seems not to detect the admin_plugin_file config <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->

What's in your plugin.ini, and where's it located?
