<div class="IPBDescription">...</div> Dont really know why im posting this, maybe its to prevent people from wasting thier time trying to have fun on this particular server. Maybe its to bring attention to the good admins on this server, so that they may strip this person of his admin rights. Or maybe i just have too much time on my hands and think this is hilariously funny.

Please note that i do not care to be unbanned.

Personally, I have no respect for admins who get a high on their own administrative powers. <b>It's just a game</b>, after all. (<i>I'm expecting a general outcry of "<b>blasphemer!</b>" any minute now <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'></i>).

However, keep in mind that it's their server. A server admin is well within his/her rights to be obnoxious and arrogant on their own server. You'll probably hear this a lot, but just play on a different server.

I keep a mental list of servers to avoid due to kick- and ban-happy admins. That list seems to grow at least every other day.

The insults from both sides were uncalled for, and a perm ban unneccessarily harsh. He might've been having a bad day, and just dying earlier might've put him in a bad mood, especially since he was having to put up with you. I know I wouldn't let some guy insult me openly on my server.

But this and other issues with single servers should be taken up on the appropriate forums, in this case, the ones at <a href='http://www.lgsocentral.com' target='_blank'>LGSOcentral</a>

...Unless of course, you're just trying to drag peoples' names through the mud without them able to defend themselves, which is understandable.

as you can see, my name was there. The issue started over some guy named Big Willy talking smack over voice comm non-stop. Cursing, running his mouth, just being a llama. So I asked jew if i could ban him and thats when he said "nope, you gotta keep him, lol". Sorry if you couldnt tell he was joking, but he layed the sarcasm on pretty thick. I thought ".............." gave it away

By the way semper, you neglected to highlight the part where jew says "Go ahead dragon, I give u permission". And you also neglected to highlight "Big Willy has left the game". And "SoBe.Dragon - I kicked him"

Maybe you should be a little more observant before you decide to mouth off and talk smack about the server.....lightin' up man. If there is a trouble maker, we get rid of him, and we did. Mebbe if you displayed some more patience and not tell the admins what to do, and insult the guy....you wouldnt have been banned. And the fact of the matter is....Big Willy was kicked, THEN you started talkin smack, and THEN you got banned. The problem was SOLVED and you still went on. So its your bad bro.

Now, was a perm ban appropriate? No.....Was posting that screen on the NS forums appropriate? No......2 wrongs dont make a right. I know you dont care, but I gotta stick up for the server I play on....cause you were in the wrong as well. You also demonstrate your intelligence by bringing this up on the public forums instead of on the lgso ones.

The admin who kicked and banned you owns this server. I play on this server all the time and have had nothing but fun. Sad to see this happen though. This group of people who run the server tend to be very professional, maybe a bad day. Go drop a post on their forum - <a href='http://www.lgsocentral.com' target='_blank'>www.lgsocentral.com</a>

basicaly, yah, you both screwed up. Don't mouth off to admins and expect no reprisal. However a perma ban is rather harsh and realy aint right.

I neglected the part where the admin mentioned that you could deal with the llama because that really had nothing to do with what was going on between me and the admin. And the three insults you so kindly pointed out were after the admin had insulted me. Saying that "he doesnt like my name" and that im "no freaking marine" (please note these recreations are with out the spelling errors and obnoxious capital size text.)

As you can see the two portions where i say "Do your job admin" and "Hes spamming voice comm" came seconds after he was kicked. Not to mention i didnt even see the kick (which is an easy mistake in NS after all with everything happening on screen).

Also please note that when he said you have to deal with him "lol", I did not know he was joking.

Now, the idea of bringing this to the LGSO forums is a good idea. I would have done this if i had known the website of this particular clan. Believe me this isnt a common thing i do. When i had a problem with an admin on the hastezone server i went right to there forums, because i knew the name of the website (it was in the connection screen).

Lastly, i do not wish to be unbanned, nor would i expect to be. I am also an admin on another mod's server. And i am one of the most strict admins around. I totally understand the concept of "Thier server thier rules." The server and its admins absolutley owe me nothing, after all they pay for the server not me. They should be able to do whatever they want. I didnt make this thread to slander the clan, just thought it was a pretty funny series of events. If anyone is going to flame in this thread i will delete it myself. Please post your opinions in a mature fashion.

Actually I've played TFC and NS with the LGSO guys for almost 2 years. They are most definatly not "nub admins", and this server has been offered to the public for several months, as a matter of fact it came on around the end of november last year.

thats fine man. I got no problems with you. I am an admin on that NS server and a CS server, so I have some experience dealing with llama's and trolls.

I did start to have a problem with you when you come on the public forums and start tellin everyone about LGSO and how its a bad place to play.

I'm not gonna get involved in this anymore then I already am. I will not flame...

I dont even know what to say. and btw u can abuse my spelling technics if u choose to.....so here i go....I am no punk kid, i am a 28 yr old owner of many server's and owner of my own business.... the conversation that started all this with the comments from SOBE... were between myself and him....sarcasm was the intent.....when SOBE said he was being a tard i was assuming he was about to tell me he was a gorg along with numerous others...and we all know what that is like at the begining of a game...therefore the comment of NO U HAVE TO KEEP HIM! was a joke! i wasnt even speaking to u SEMPER! Then i noticed the comment u made about the SPAMMING! so thats when i asked .......spamming?..........*wondering wtf he meant in that asspect....because obviously its not TFC they dont have grenades on the enemy team*..... then the next thing i see......from SEMPER is.......*dude just ban him* thats coming from someone that is an admin on other servers? *WOW* like i would like to play on his server anytime soon..... but back to the point! Now i see someone telling me what his idea of admining and maturity level is..... *Im just supposed to ban someone because someone i dont even know is saying so?* I dont think so....... BTW these are the thoughts goin through my head this whole time...... Then when he does finaly tell me what is happening... when stating * he is spamming voice comm....* The next thing i see is DO YOUR JOB ADMIN? I mean come on now....if ur an admin and in the middle of a game u cant expect and immediate reaction within a matter of seconds.... Give it some time....this guys is already expecting me to be on top of the situation...... ban someguy i dont even know what for, then when i finally get an actual reason, the next response is DO YOUR JOB? Then look right below it....i got eaten because i stopped in the middle just to respond to this.... obviously i was playing the game and not putting my full dedication to admining at that specific few moments! There being my next comment of....*get him DRAGON u have permission* because of the simple fact of being busy playing my second game of the week...in the same night....i am there to relax enjoy myself and have fun......hopefully like everyone else! SO after these comments i was a little upset over this individuals actions.....i felt them being uncalled for.....a little to hasty on his part.. And to top it off...if he was spamming the voice chat the badly u would have noticed that it had become silent all of a sudden...so not only noticing in print that he had left the game, but more so that it had become QUIET? but still u pushed the point..... The point is in ur eyes SEMPER, because we did not act fast enough nor were we soo quick to jump to conclusions and immediatley ban someone for a reason the admin was unaware of, simply cause he cannot hear the enemy team... But now u come on here and try to drag the LGSO name and its server through the mud because u got banned, with such haste? seems to me to be quit 2 faced... Now if u would have read the MTD u would have seen the lines about *ANYONE WEARING AN LGSO or BAY TAG SHOULD BE GIVEN RESPECT AT ALL TIMES!* or the *RACIST SLURS OR COMMENTS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED* see i wasnt even thinking about kicking u nor was i even contemplating banning u..... but when u made the comment about *Im sorry i dont have a name as cool as *JEW* * that is not only back talking me.....#1 ......also disrespecting my name *JEW* my race... then also constituting the disrespect to my tag as LGSO by disrespecting the other 2... making it 3 no no's in 1 sentence.... u would prob still be playing there right now....NOW my suddeen comment about ur name may not have been 100% called for and for that i appologize...... Alright i'm probobly sticking my nose where it doesn't belong but anyway you were both right and wrong. But i hardly see how he "insulted your race". It probobly wasn't ground for a perma ban, maybe a kick and if he came back talking **** then yea go for it ban him. But trust me i've been abused by a fair share of admins and there is no winning. Yea its their server but if you disagree with them in the slightest for the most part they won't hesitate to kick/ban you.

You made some valid points in your thread, but i do not want you or anyone else to be confused by my statement about your name.

I was not "insulting your race" frankly <i><b>I</b></i> took it as an insult and thought the name was immature. You can even see in my first post I mentioned my thoughts on you name.Please do not mark me as some kind of racist from suburbia because i am far from it. I realize now that we were both in the wrong (especially I for deciding to post this on the main forums). I understand your reason for banning and I do not expect to be unbanned.

But this is all over with now, so an admin can feel free to lock this (since i cant delete it my self.)
