check that out. i drew it in english.
the circles are rees towers. the H's are hives. MS is Marine spawn, the bigger MS is the marine base. What i mean is the marines start in a room behind thier spawn, which cant be built in, and cant be reentered. you have to go to the door and press use, which is aboubt the hieght of one marine so it cant be entered.
in the middle there is a blocky thing in a room, thats an eelvtor, and hteres one more also. the striaght lines are stairs too. tell me what you think. its a bit small, and im thinknig about pushing each hive backwards in thier direction away from the marine base and adding more rooms and halls.

As to the layout... it's very unusual, but could work - make sure the hives have more than one entrance though as the way they are now they could be defended very easily.
