Animated gifs

<div class="IPBDescription">Avatars</div>Everyone has animated gif avatars these days. Even I have one, but I didn't make it myself. Which brings me to the point. Are there any good freeware programs that I could use to make a decent animated gif?

    I use a GIF animator made by <a href="http://www.ulead.com/" target="_blank">ULead.</a>  I think it's pretty good and intutive, you should definitely look into it.

    Well, I have PSP, and I don't see any animation shop. is it hidden or something?

    You can start it from the File -> Jasc Software Products menu in PSP.  What version do you have DB?

    version 5. I checked, animation studio isn't there.

    The animation shop comes with version 7, I know.  Version 7 is available as a trial for something like 60 days, so maybe you could make something up fairly quickly with that.

    They first introduced it with Version 6. I prefer the GIF Construction Set. It's what I used.
