Nstr, Where Can I Download It?

I can't get the particle system to work on the client 1.0. I heard it works well on the NSTR, where can I download it?

If you cant get it to work on the client it wont work in the NSTR. Theres nothing new in the NSTR, except that there isnt as much stuff. It was only released as a replacement for the actuall NS a long time ago, its obsolete and hard to find

It does however Allow you to use the particle system controls in the NSTR, and most Particles DO work.

Yeah but the PS editor in the NSTR doesn't let you save your changes or tell you the exact numbers, so it's effectively useless anyway. Just make a small test map with your PS in it and re-compile to see your changes.

I get the bars to make changes when I pull down the console and type editps; however, when I put the console back off so that I can make the changes, the bars dissapere.
