Good Layout?

Hey im just wondering what you guys think im planing on starting a real ns skins/models/maps/sounds/sprites site im getting the site programed as we speak but heres the layout for now it may change later.

The web lay out could use a tiny bit of work (and maybe an alien scheme to :/)
other than that its good

Vedcran: nah unless someone can get me a transparent infesation texture it takes to long to make your own

also there are some textures in the wads where you can just cut things
out and take the infestation part.

Just a little update not much changed added login in top right and finished the news proggie!

Oh yah i also found out my friend was lying he didnt make the forums skin. He got it from a company that was going out of buisness and just edited some of the gfx!

Suicide_Run: I tried making he font bigger and well for:
1. It completly **** up my tables.
2. The font is Verdana and its made to be smaller.
3. I tried 6 other fonts and tried them in bold too and rhey dont seem to look right on the site.

i'de host you, but i would insist on being part of your team in return...i'm making a site of my own (with a two man team)... and well, we are going slowly...as of right now, i've got alotted to me 17 megs... nothing special, but we plan to upgrade our WHOLE system based on traffic...

total webspace: 80 megs (17 alotted to any purpose i deam at the moment)
Total Bandwidth: 2 gigs....

this is RIGHT THIS SECOND..... if we run out of either one, we will upgrade.... so how does it sound...

ya but youre only had 80 megs and very little badwidth this is alot of space and like 12 times the badwidth and 15times the space for like 60$US a year, its worth it.

i got 2 gig of hosting with 20gig traffic so if you want to host a ns site and agree to put a link to my site i'll host you for free. Also im looking for with my site i only have a one man team at the moment. I own nsplayer.com and nsforums.com

Rodus ill consider it in the mean time im looking to getting my site done first. Also it looks like you need a decent forums skin my friend ill see if i can find you one.

*edit* i searched for a while for phpbb skins and there werent many good ones at all. I'd recomend <a href='http://www.invisionboard.com/switch/index.php?a=phpbbupgrade' target='_blank'>switching to invision board</a> and then if you decide to do that i can provide many links to some very good free skins
