<div class="IPBDescription">is there good replacment for NS</div> Hi all!

Just a little questeion ...
Is their an good replacement for the standard AdminMod mapvoting system. The one that comes along with AM really sucks, cause it changes the map exactly when mp_roundtime elapses & the competing round is cut off.

btw. Where can I download the latest readyroom-plugin?

Thanks in advance.

    Well , i dont know what abilities you want from AdminMod but if you only want to give your players a change to votemaps, install ClanMod. The map will be changed when the current game is finished.

    I'm running ClanMod on my NS-server at the moment, but I want to have my good old AdminMod back.
    On my server clanmod seems to be buggy (i cannot run clanmod console commands, problems with admin login, etc).
    Maybe its only a configuration failure, but the ClanMod documentation on <a href='http://www.unitedadmins.com' target='_blank'>UA.com</a> is offline since last week. (I also looked at the docu 2 month ago and the docu really sucks.)

    Well ... I really love AdminMod. Never had problems like this with it.

    I like them both. The only thing I dont like about Clanmod is how it handles reserved slots. Try using the menu commands in clanmod. Sure beats console commands IMO.

    Well ... the menus don't work correctly either.
    I can do some of the operations without any problems (like gag, ungag, slap, burry, readyroom), but i cannot kick or ban players. <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->

    @Jeb:
    Tkx! That's what I was looking for. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> At UA.com there're only deadlonks to 2 documentation.

    @Golex:
    AMX would be OK too. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> What's it called? Does it have a vote anouncment? (like "player whatever voted for map anymap. Currently anymap is winning with 2 votes.")

    Thanks very much guys.
    The server is now running with AMX (I love it, cause you can choose seperatly which features to use).
    Pittily still running with AMX v0.84 but I'll update it to 0.92beta and the mapvote should work then. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    I'm sure some coder (cough voogru cough) should be able to make an MM, or AM vote plugin, maybe a nice on that picks 6-8 random maps from mapcycle and puts up a vote on the screen and changes at the end of the round? or maybe one that turns off the entities that let you join a team and does it in the readyroom at the end of a round??

    We have had one for a very long time; yes. I doubt very seriously we'll release it to public however. It's called NSAdmin.

    Is there a person who thinks they are better then the DEV team, that's called voogru that can do that?

    Wow, thanks a lot for letting us all know you have, or rather voog has, coded the plugin for which the thread-starter is/was looking. But since you'll never release it (and I don't want to get into that issue), there wasn't a whole lot of sense for you to bother posting, now was there? I didn't think so.

    Yes; someone asked us to. I responded. Sorry, but our name was mentioned in this thread; so being courtious, I replied. And you were correct, WE do have.

    This may be an appropriate replacement. I'm gonna give it a shot myself, as I was winning a game 1 vs 2 and the damn map changed.

    Map Management Plugin
