SBZ 30676 unplayable - Strange character bug when exiting seatruck

In 30675, and now 30676, I am fine and tools are positioned correctly upon game load, but after I enter and then exit the seatruck cab (no attached modules), my character holds tools in a strange position, making them unusable. What I didn't notice before, but the shadows from the seatruck headlights revealed, is that the character is frozen in a stiff, upright position with hands raised at the sides, elbows more or less tucked in and has absolutely no movement animation or tool use ability.
Edit: I can't even look at inventory, in PDA or by opening a locker. I know this is experimental, but it's utterly unusable right now.
