Subnautica doesnt display Portuguese language

Hi
I buyed subnautica on the portuguese psn store and the game with my console in Portuguese language doesnt display, only in english. but when i put my console in Portuguese-Brasilian the game changes to portuguese.
Is dificult to put an option ingame to change language? I dont want to change my console to brasil just to put the game in portuguese. The game have to display in portuguese on Portuguese-Brasilian and Portuguese-Portuguese language options on ps4. Portugal is in Europe not in america.
