Accessing the game

I bought the game jan 15 2018 on the xbox one s and the game worked fine, but then I upgraded to the xbox one x and since then subnautica's servers haven't been able to synch my profile. How do I get this issue fixed?????

Make sure you’re new Xbox is set as main console in the settings. Had the same problem when I bought my Xbox one x.
